Here are the best selling books (both fiction and non-fiction) for the week of March 22, 2009. Notice that several of the books fall into the young adult book genre, a sector that’s seeing a rise in popularity. Also note that all 4 of the Stephenie Meyer “Twilight” books are in the top 10 list.
